Cause of occurrence:

The drone is unable to retrieve communication information from the battery.

Troubleshooting method:

(1) Inspect the communication copper strips at the battery interface and the aircraft's tail connector for deformation or cracking; check the power supply signal lines at the battery tail connector for any breaks or damage; examine the left longitudinal beam wiring harness for internal short circuits; and inspect the main control 485 port for deformation or short circuits.

(2) The issue may be caused by water ingress into the battery or hot-plugging, which could have burned out the diodes or communication components in the battery cover. Please replace the battery cover.
