Cause of occurrence:

 Environmental factors causing the battery cell temperature to drop below -5°C. Charging will be restricted, but discharging will not; however, the battery's performance may be insufficient due to low-temperature conditions.

Troubleshooting method: 

Check if the external temperature is low. On-site, physically warm the battery and then manually fly the aircraft to raise its temperature above 20°C before switching to autonomous flight.
